Increase pull up reps
I been stuck with pull ups between 10 to 13 reps for as long as i can remember. I havent particularly trained for the purpose of increasing my pull up reps but been training for muscle ups and pull ups has always been part of my program. I thought that all this would have some carry over to my max pull up reps and i should be hitting 15 to 18 reps by now. Not sure if it is a physical or mental block, as after 12 or 13th rep, i just physically cant do another rep. What should i do to increase this number and how to break through this physical/ mental block?

For me, it is gathering knowledge and learning from ppl who are stronger and better than me. I used to train by myself in the early days of starting calisthenics as in my country, calisthenics is still a relatively unknown form of working out. It was when i found a gym specializing in teaching calisthenics that i started to see progress and get better. Yea, so definitely join classes or a group dedicated to calisthenics/fitness.
Went from 11 pull ups to 13 pull ups
Before starting on daemon pull up program, I could do about 11 pull ups, with the last two reps being not so clean. After being on the program ( not super consistent, average once or twice a week) for about 3 weeks, I have managed to increased my pull ups to 13 reps, all clean reps. Super happy with my progress given that I am not very consistent with training.

Any routine for weight lifting?
Hi, pretty much newbie here at weight lifting. I did try free weights in the past. So i have gotten myself a squat rack at home. Would like to supplement my calisthenics workout with exercises like bench press and squats. Any suggestions of routine and exercises (sets, reps, weights)? I weight 68kg btw and with decent strength obtained through calisthenics.

@Aditya Mishra i am looking more on strength and hypertrophy. Ideally, i am looking to train maybe once per week with weights. The rest will be calisthenics. My max weights (estimated): 1. Bench press - 60 -65 kg 2. squats - 60 -80kg Thanks for your advice!
Question: pull ups vs lat pulldowns
Hi, I'm 100kg 6'2. I'm trying to achieve my first pull up by the end of the year. I am also planning to cut down to about 90kg by then to make this easier. I can currently do lat pulldowns at 57kg (for about 16 reps max in one set) and do cable rows at the same weight (for 13 top set) Would it be more beneficial for me to continue doing these exercises or should I switch to the pull up program by caliversity where I do lots of banded pull ups and inverted pull ups instead? The goal is to unlock the pull up as fast as possible. Thank you for your help 🙏

i will say do the pull ups with band as it is more specific to pull up. You can google specific adaptation to imposed demands (SAID) principle to understand more.
