Wins (Week 4)
Decided to use the time to drive to Leeds on Thursday to just focus on my breath. Naturally fell into a 6 in and 6 out coherent pattern. Was going to do it for 15 minutes but ended up doing it for the full 2 hours. The drive flew by and I felt ridiculously calm when I arrived
Continuing to do the IRV/ERV stretch 3 times a week. Noticed this week that my thoracic rotation has improved slightly which it’s safe to say I’ve never noticed before. I certainly feel less restricted than I did a few weeks ago when I first began
