Forget the Rules: Why Designing Your Own Health Plan Is the Game-Changer
If you’re constantly feeling overwhelmed by meal plans, workout schedules, or health rules that seem impossible to follow, you’re not alone. That stress is a sign something’s missing. 🤔 Many of us set out to be healthier, only to find ourselves drowning in rules and routines that don’t fit our lives. 😵‍💫 Each week feels like a battle to keep up, and each slip-up brings feelings of guilt and frustration. 🥬Health shouldn’t feel like another burden, but for so many, it does. Real transformation happens when you design a lifestyle that feels like it supports you instead of overwhelming you. 👇 Imagine waking up with a sense of peace, knowing your choices are in harmony with your life rather than clashing with it. When you stop trying to fit your life into a ‘perfect plan’ and let it fit around you, that’s when real freedom begins. 🪁 Have you experienced that feeling of “health routine burnout”? What do you think would make a health plan truly fit your lifestyle? Share your thoughts below—I’d love to hear what matters most to you in making sustainable lifestyle changes. 😉

Forget the Rules: Why Designing Your Own Health Plan Is the Game-Changer
Have You Set The WRONG Goal...?!
Let’s talk straight. How many times have you set weightloss as your main goal, thinking it would lead to confidence, happiness, and freedom? I get it. We’ve all been there, believing that dropping a couple of dress sizes will suddenly make everything fall into place. But let’s be real—"weightloss" is NOT the goal you should be setting. 🙈 Here’s why: When you make weight loss your goal, you’re obsessing over a number. But guess what? That number on the scale doesn’t mean a thing! Will hitting it make you feel proud, free, and at peace with yourself? No. Because when all you focus on is shedding weight, you end up thinking about restrictions, stress, and the constant battles with yourself. And whatever you focus on, grows. 😱 So if your goal is 'weightloss', you’re just setting yourself up for more struggle. Now imagine setting a different goal. Imagine aiming for a higher version of yourself. Imagine waking up full of energy, enjoying EVERY meal without feeling guilty, and owning every step you take, pursuing the activities you're really passionate about. When you shift your focus to building confidence, strength, and a balanced, happy life, THAT’S when things start to change. And the best part? It’s simple to do. 😉 Just ask yourself: “What do I really want?” Do you want a smaller number on the scale, or do you want to live a life where you feel confident, strong, and free? Change your goal, and you’ll change your life (and your body as a by-product). You’ll start making choices that actually help you become a higher version of yourself, instead of staying stuck in the same old patterns. So, be honest—have you set the right goal? 🏁 Because if you're not feeling motivated to make progress towards current goal, it’s time to rethink it. Don’t waste another day chasing the wrong thing. Shift your focus, and let’s get you where you really want to be. Comment below to let me know what your current goal is and if you think you have the right one. 👇 Six incredible ChangeMakers have just completed my 6-week Ultimate Body and Mind Reset, and they’ll tell you firsthand how aiming for the right goals transformed their approach to "weight loss" and health.

Have You Set The WRONG Goal...?!
Is Fasting Right For You?
A few of us seem to be into intermittent fasting... I actually used to coach people to fast (up to 72 hours at a time) when I worked as a health coach. BUT fasting is a very personal decision and practice and I don't want anybody to feel pressured. So, here are some facts for those who might be thinking about getting started! Fasting has been around for ages, used by people all over the world for health and healing. Today, it's become a powerful tool to boost energy, burn fat, and get our bodies into peak condition. But like any strategy, it’s got its pros and cons. Let's break down the benefits and risks of fasting so you can make a bold, smart choice for your journey. The Benefits of Fasting 1. Sharper Focus: Fasting isn’t just about food; it’s about freeing up your mind too. When your body isn't busy digesting, you can think clearer and focus better. This means more energy for you to chase after your goals! 2. Burn Fat Faster: When you fast, your body uses stored fat for fuel. That’s like tapping into your own energy reserves, giving you the power to slim down and feel stronger from the inside out. 3. Balances Blood Sugar: Fastingcan help your body handle sugar better. This means more stable energy throughout the day and a lower risk of health issues like type 2 diabetes. Unless you already have diabetes, then please work with your doctor to decide if fasting is right for you. 4. Body Renewal During fasting: your body gets to work cleaning up old cells and making new ones. It’s like giving yourself a fresh start, so you can stay fit, healthy, and ready for anything. 5. Deeper Mind-Body Connection: Fasting teaches you to listen to your body’s true signals. It’s not just about hunger; it’s about understanding what your body really needs to feel its best. The Risks of Fasting 1. Might Mess with Eating Habits: If you're not careful, fasting could mess with your relationship with food. It’s easy to fall into cycles of over-eating or feeling guilty if you don’t keep a balanced approach. 2. Lack of Nutrients: Going without food for too long can mean missing out on important nutrients. It’s key to make sure your meals are packed with all the good stuff your body needs when you do eat. 3. Energy Ups and Downs: Not everyone feels great when they fast. Some people might feel tired or cranky, especially in the beginning. The trick is to listen to your body and know when to take a step back. 4. Not for Everyone: Fasting isn’t safe for everyone, especially if you have certain health conditions. Always check with a healthcare provider or doctor before diving into it. 5. Can Be Tough Socially: Fasting might make it tricky to join in on meals with friends and family. It’s important to think about how it fits into your social life and how it makes you feel.

Is Fasting Right For You?
Improve your fitness journey with this
Intro : I guess many of you here heard of intermittent fasting some of you maybe trying it too. Benefits: I just wanted to tell just do this make early dinner as your habit that really helps your body and overall health. My experience: Before starting this early dinner habit I feel too full and uncomfortable when I am going to bed and wake up groggily but this one habit changed all that. Tips: But doing this is so hard at the beginning you might feel hungry when you are about to sleep but trust me that is great because you will feel even more better when you wake up. Drink water often if you feel hungry it totally helps. If you feel this is hard to follow just Start by eating 15-30 mins before your usual time. Rules: Finish your dinner before 7pm. Have breakfast after 7pm the next day. Drink only water during this 12hours. (BASICALLY Don't consume anything that has calories) Try to build this one habit to see overall improvement in your health.
