Sorry to keep you all waiting but I still don't have any WiFi at the new house. The engineer will attend on Monday 25th November to install the phone line and connect me. OMG, you guys! I would say you won't believe it, but I know you totally would. I just found who is going to build my garage! I was cleaning my my rags outside after washing one of my windows. And a guy, a manager who is building a house next to mine, saw me and came up to my chain link fence and asked if it would be okay for them to make noise early tomorrow morning because they are going to be pouring concrete. I said it would be fine and I understand. He then, asked me if I spoke Russian, and we switched to our native language. He happened to be another Russian working in this area. And so I asked him if he would be interested in helping me build a garage. We went and looked at the area, and he took measurements, showed me on his phone what my options are, and we agreed that he'll bring me an estimate for the job. How cool is that?!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting Your Answers Are In Your Shadow, my introductory session on shadow work, where I covered: ❓ What is a shadow and shadow work? ❓ Why would you shadow work? ❓ How do you do shadow work? ❓ Practical examples and exercises to start shadow work for yourself Shadow work is something that make you think 'that's going to uncover all kinds of dark stuff I'd rather keep hidden away'. And that's true and ok. At the same time, it lets you integrate an oft-neglected part of your self which contains the origins of the automatic patterns and behaviours that run your life today. Like is mentioned often in the session, we're not looking to destroy or get rid of the shadow, we want to meet, accept and understand better what it's trying to do for us or show us, and hence take a step closer to find our answers. The dialogue 'they think I'm hiding in the shadows...but I am the shadows' struck a real chord with me, which led me to writing a paragraph, one page, 2 pages and ultimately a whole book. It's my first forray into self publishing, something I'm proud of and delighted to share with you.
