Sunday!!!
Good Sunday to all!! Hope you all had a wonderful Saturday ๐Ÿ˜Š If youโ€™ve been around me for a bit now, then you know what I feel about Sundays!! Sundays are about setting the tone for the week ahead. First off, if youโ€™re nursing a hangover on Sunday, maybe revisit your Saturday priorities list ๐Ÿ˜‚. I used to spend Sundays with the worst hangovers, dreading Mondayโ€™s. I would spend all of Sunday, binge eating fast food and watching movies all day in bed. I would literally start my week crawling into it. Ideally here are the 3 main, equally important, actions needed in order to have a great Sunday! 1๏ธโƒฃ High intensity workout in the morning! It might go against the โ€œSunday narrativeโ€ of sleeping in but in my opinion, Sunday morning workouts are the most important workouts. Why? Because gyms are usually empty on Sunday morning. What this does is it serves as a reminder that in order to get ahead in this world, you must be willing to do what most are not!! Sunday morning gyms illustrate that perfectly. This will help boost confidence and momentum, as well as getting you into a healthy frame of mind going into the week. Monday morning will no longer be spent with a foggy mind. You will be clear minded and ready to pounce on the world. 2๏ธโƒฃ Proper planning and schedule. Take 1-2 hours in your Sunday to layout your week. Identify your goals and objectives. Plan out your to do for the week. In order to reach our dreams, we must have a proper game plan. Make sure you put yourself in the best position to stack wins. Win the morning-win the day-win the week. 3๏ธโƒฃ Spend quality time with family. Growing up, Sunday dinner was always a big thing. No matter what was happening in our lives, we made sure to have a big family meal all together. Those memories have stuck with me my entire life and moments like Sunday family dinners are priceless. Sunday family traditions are so important and unfortunately are missing in todayโ€™s society. Make it a point to enjoy your families. Wishing you all a fantastic and blessed Sunday

What are you up to this weekend?
Another week comes to an end. As we head into the weekend, I want you to be aware, and consider this before you make your plans. Whatever you decide to do, MAKE SURE it lights you up! MAKE SURE it fulfills you and completes you. MAKES SURE it aligns with who you truly are. MAKE SURE you spend it with the people you love and that love back just as much. MAKE SURE, you donโ€™t spend the weekend, escaping your current reality. MAKE SURE you spend it create the life that you look forward to every day!! ~Coach Rob

Are you gaining or losing confidence?
Everyday youโ€™re either gaining or loosing confidence. Picking up momentum or losing it. This is why It is imperative that you have a winning morning routine to keep confidence high. Get your day kicked off right, with a confidence building ritual. Donโ€™t overthink it, donโ€™t second guess it. Just DO IT!! An automated confidence building machine!!! Start with the hard things first. Get a good sweat in. Expand your comfort zone and knowledge. Take massive action! Comfort, stagnation and procrastination are your enemy!! Get up and get it!!!!! Letโ€™s go! Wishing you all a successful Wednesday!!

Week kick off
With another week kicking off, here are a few things I want you to keep in mind in order to have a successful week ๐Ÿ”ฅ Planing is everything ๐Ÿ”ฅ Establish a healthy morning routine. Win the morning to win the day. ๐Ÿ”ฅ FEAR is a portal. Everything you desire is in the other side of it. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Burn your ships ๐Ÿ”ฅ Continue to push the boundaries of your comfort zone ๐Ÿ”ฅ Kick your ego to the curb, be open to learning and evolve. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Simply repeating affirmations in the mirror wonโ€™t get it done. Take massive action! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Eat clean and make sure you get in some sort of physical activity in your day. Your mind and body are your weapons ๐Ÿ”ฅ Remember to stay in the moment. Focus on the task at hand. Win the day, LFG guys!!!! Letโ€™s make it the best week yet!!!!
