So just trying to grasp something. The LLM's are essentially all knowing. We populate a knowledge base about, let's say the organization. For example lets say we're working with the Home Depot. We would train the KB about HD, Arthur and the boys, etc. Now we're working at the local level and let's say store 999 in Siberia. They have different hours, product mix, management, phone numbers, etc. My question is how would you install this.
Where would you put the information for store 999 in Siberia? Create a new knowledge base for every store or put the local info in the prompt?
