Functions not working on voice
I cant get any of the standard functions to work for the voice. Been struggling with it for a week, have tried all the fixes but can't even get it to book an appointment. HELP

Appointment Booking is not working on AI voice call
When my voice AI is scheduling an appointment, it says that there is availability and then when we confirm to book an appointment, it mentions that they were not able to schedule the call. Why is this happening?

@Faizan Ahmed @Jorden Williams I've been struggling with the same for a few days. I reset the connection and have tried different prompting. Also not seeing the update info function succeed. Would it be a different function to create a new contact if necessary?

Hi again! I tried to create a Spanish Voice Agent. I wrote the prompt in English at first and even though I selected a male voice and Spanish as language, the bot answering was a female voice in English. So... I created another Agent with the prompt in Spanish, selected Santiago's voice (eleven labs) and Language as Spanish (Latin American). This time the Agent answered in Spanish with an American Accent. He pronounced words like "Llamadas" as "Lamadas" It reminded me of "polo loco instead of pollo loco" It is funny, but not to be put into production. Was wondering if we can bring our voices from eleven labs to solve this problem. Also, do we need to prompt in the intended language for the Agent to understand? Cheers and happy Sunday!

We have 11 labs voices in platform. I think we're looking at an actual gpt issue based on some documentation. Anxious to see when caller speaks language for ai to swithc on the fly

If A Lead Is No Show To An Appt, what do you suggest?
Ideally, if a lead is a no show, I want to be able to mark his Status as a No Show, but have the AI start sending messages like "Looks like you missed your appointment. I understand this can happen. Let's get you rescheduled. Would you be available Tuesday at 10am or 2pm?" - Question - do I need to create a new Chat assistant dedicated to reschedulings or can I use the existing chat ai the lead was originally in?

The workflow gives you a much more consistent response. The AI listener makes it more personalized if they respond but no harm if they dont.
