@Danny Soltero, once the trigger is saved and configured, it will be ready to receive a POST webhook from Assistable, containing call data. The filters enable you to create rules for determining which phone calls (their data) should be passed into the workflow. Personally, Iā€™d recommend skipping filters for now.

@Deb Pep great breakdown! And the more we automate (customer interaction wise), the more important itll become, I think. Gotta stay in he know with clients (while talking to them less). Note: I realize I didn't clarify - I combined livestreams from 9/13/24 :) it wasnt all in one go, but still haha

@Luis Garibay in addition to @Deb Pep 's explanation, processes like sentiment analysis can be used for lead qualification scoring and to ensure your AI assistant isn't pissing anyone off lol Lots of these tools and methods are also used to develop AI models (specifically to create/organize training data). In actuality, some of the tools themselves are also technically AI models. Just really deterministic ones and with different uses than conversational AI. I'm a nerd and find it fascinating (as well as useful).
PSA - do not use emojis in your tools
It will break your assistant updates & you will get 400 errors

@Blake Looi you might try using the encoded version of the emoji on assistable side in tools? I use emojis in notion for the standout/distinct aspect so now I'm curious lol U+1F600 = šŸ˜€ Codes are here: https://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html Sidenote. Once upon a time with chatgpt3.5, I tried using emojis to save context space lol quickly found out, they're usually more tokens than the words they represent. Openapi 3.1 specs can handle the unicode/sequences
