I’ve developed a custom tool for my voice bot, which is designed to add contacts to a workflow. While the function is being called correctly, the responses are not being populated as expected—fields like name and send SMS (if user needs the link or not) are not being captured. As a result, the conditions aren’t being met, preventing the message from being sent to the lead.

Although everything was functioning smoothly until Monday, the issue started from yesterday. During a test call, I confirmed with the bot that the function was executed successfully. Additionally, the execution log reflects "Update Contact Field" as successful, but the relevant fields remain empty/not updated. I have tested it for two bots and two different accounts.
