Can the Knowledgebase Recognize a Google Business Profile Link?

I'm running a direct mail campaign in January for my mortgage company. I'll get a list of approximately 3,000 leads of which maybe 1,000 phone numbers won't be on the no call list. I'm building an assistant to follow up on the letter and I want to be able to provide reviews for customers that need additional reassurance. I'd like the AI to be able to reference the reviews based on the context of the review and provide the user with reviews similar to what they are looking for. I'm thinking a custom tool with a google doc but possibly the Google Business Profile link added to the Knowledgebase? Also, does anyone know how to scape Google reviews into a google doc?
