I noticed some people talking about the latency in the prompts. What I've done recently is take my prompts and remove all the wordiness that the prompt builder adds, making them very task-based. We've been getting some good input. Also, on the voice settings, I have noticed that if you're using those, they do cause latency. Just doing some research, anything that you add for instance (like the background effect) can cause latency. Here's a caller that I use for my real estate leads that is working well. I have about 11 tools and the only real latency that I can notice is when its updating the price which is prompting I have around how to pronounce numbers. Which only started when I changed prompting to accommodate it. Take a listen and let me know your thoughts.
