Bot is not reading the knowledge base.
Can someone give me a clue why our voicebot is not reading a simple knowledge base? where is the info about what it can and cant read and what format is best for it to read a pricing chart. Its not long, its not complicated. It just makes up the price everytime instead of quoting what is on the pricing sheet in the knowledge base. Its like its not connected or something.
