Can someone give me a clue why our voicebot is not reading a simple knowledge base? where is the info about what it can and cant read and what format is best for it to read a pricing chart. Its not long, its not complicated. It just makes up the price everytime instead of quoting what is on the pricing sheet in the knowledge base. Its like its not connected or something. @Assistable Team

where is the right place to go to get on the fly help? Im having issues and don't know how to get the bot to do and say the right things. But where is the help desk for this product? I keep getting these sheets with a million links on them to all these resources people make, but can't I just type in an issue somewhere and the most likely answers/help articles come up? Is there any live support?
