I GOT THE JOB! (Bye 9-5!!! 👋🏻)
I am very happy to say that yesterday I confirmed that I got a setter position and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY! 🤩🤩🤩 Thanks to the GOAT @Tatiana Cooley ! I was able to apply for a really good offer and I would be setting for her, what a relief to know that my closer is a beast! 😭 Also today, I left my 9-5 and going ALL IN for this new position as a setter! 💪🏻❣️ Thank you to all of you in the community for giving me the knowledge needed and also COURAGE for quitting my job and showing me that is %100 possible and that I am not a weird 1 outside of the box who doesn't want to work a 9-5 until death 😭🙌🏻 Especial thanks to the GOATS @Dylan Asena @Matt Menton @Madison DeCoste for giving me such an amazing way of learning something I love doing! Obviously will continue practicing my craft daily and this is just the beginning of this AMAZING journey! Thank you all my S.A.A family! ❣️🫶🏻

Great stuff, man. You are going to crush it, and you've been putting in the work. it's time to break the cycle!!🐺🔥💪🏽
Sales Tip of the Day 💡
Hey guys! I’ve noticed in a few of our calls that we’re not fully utilising the power of silence to our advantage and we’re just rushing to talk about the next topic. Silence is extremely powerful. After asking a question or making a key point, pause and let the prospect respond. Don’t rush to fill the silence—it shows confidence and gives them space to think. Oftentimes, that extra second of quiet will lead them to share valuable insights or objections you can address. Remember: the best reps know when to speak… and when to listen. Let’s master the art of silence today and see how it changes your conversations. 👀🔥

Does this work in warm outbound too?
Ask questions
I heard is about 2 years ago” if you have the same questions 4 weeks from now you haven’t made any progress.” Think about it there is no such thing as a stupid question,So ask questions that is how you move the needle forward. The coaches are here to help you and even the community as well. It can be question, clarity on something or even droughts you have. I use to be afraid of asking questions and that would put me staying in the same position and seeing everyone who asked questions advance and get better. When i heard the quote it changed my view of questions. Take one step a day no matter if its big or small a step is a step🐊

Don't give up! 🤘
Some days, it feels like everyone else is winning, while we’re just here, taking slow, quiet steps forward. It’s hard not to feel defeated when we see others celebrating big milestones. But here’s the truth: success isn’t just the loud, public wins. It’s the steady work that happens behind the curtain, where no one’s watching. 👏 Every small step, every little bit of progress, even the moments we choose not to quit—that’s a win. 🌟 Remember, progress doesn’t have to be flashy. Sometimes, it’s just about continuing the journey, even when no one sees it! Keep moving. You’re doing better than you think. 💪✨ #ProgressNotPerfection

Great words, Tylere, and people need to read this when they feel like they are not progressing Steps will always be steps, whether big or small. Just keep taking steps!!
Phase 1 key takeaways: 🗝️
Covered the fundamentals and also how to succeed + how to fail. For example being lazy, not taking action, not having any goals, and not wanting to improve my skill will guarantee staying stagnant with no progress. On a call, It's important to: - Set a frame right from the start and not let the lead walk all over on me - Have a mindset that I'm there to help not just collect money - Speak less, listen more - Build some rapport in the beginning (small talk - not too much though) I also learned what the most common objections are + if objections come, It usually means I screwed up earlier in the sales process, most likely in the discovery/qualification part - because I didn't find their pain points. Overall, this was an awesome section, covered all the important and basic things to know about sales and setting! :D
