Hey guys! I’ve noticed in a few of our calls that we’re not fully utilising the power of silence to our advantage and we’re just rushing to talk about the next topic.
Silence is extremely powerful. After asking a question or making a key point, pause and let the prospect respond. Don’t rush to fill the silence—it shows confidence and gives them space to think.
Oftentimes, that extra second of quiet will lead them to share valuable insights or objections you can address. Remember: the best reps know when to speak… and when to listen.
