Hello everyone. My name is Shahril, 49 years old (yikes!), married with two young kids (got married late). I have been training B/W and calisthenics since late last year consistently and at the same time, improved on my diet. As a result, I am at the best shape of my life. I couldn't do a single pull-up in my life until this year, after six months of training for it. At this age and with two young kids, it's tough - but it still can be done. Shout out to all the parents out there who are slaying it!
