Try incline push ups first and also planks. As for diet, if you can slowly cut out sugary drinks, that would slowly shed the weight off. I know because that was what I did. You got this bro. 🔥
What is your FAVOURITE go-to source of protein?
Here's mine: 200g Chicken breast No salt, no seasoning, no sauce, no marinate Boiled for 15 minutes, eaten straight out of the pot. Some say I'm insane, but that's 60g of protein at 320kcal What's yours?

Introduction
Hello everyone. My name is Shahril, 49 years old (yikes!), married with two young kids (got married late). I have been training B/W and calisthenics since late last year consistently and at the same time, improved on my diet. As a result, I am at the best shape of my life. I couldn't do a single pull-up in my life until this year, after six months of training for it. At this age and with two young kids, it's tough - but it still can be done. Shout out to all the parents out there who are slaying it!
