This worked for me and It will work for you or anyone that tries if you give it enough time. First off, achieving any result physically is going to take time and you just have to accept that. Step 1 is basically start going to the gym, you plan wont be perfect at first but its better to try and fail then to not try at all. Final step is to figure out your nutrition, if you want to gain weight you need to eat more calories (and macros). If you want to lose weight then the opposite is true.
