Power Naps
I have just discovered the power of meditation combined with a power nap I was really tired and was feeling out of alignment, so I took a nap I woke up and I wasn’t tired anymore but I was still out of alignment, I had a meditation and now I feel better than I have in a LONG time this thing I have learnt is extremely powerful and I would like each and every one of you reading this post to try this out and tell me what your experience with this was! Spider bite

@Heather Ray I started Qigong after Wing Chun. I originally started to do Qigong to help understand the internal Power for Wing Chun. It really helped me to quite the mind and to be more intuned. How I've used it moving forward is to be more aware to the vibration of love ❤️ and peace ✌️. It really is a wonderful life we live and I appreciate everything. Especially the people that I meet in my journey 😃 😊 😀

Introduce Yourself...
I'd love to learn more about YOU, so take a moment to introduce yourself... I'll start here... My Name is Heather, and I've been teaching meditation, martial arts, and energy healing since 2008. I also write and illustrate children's picture books and workbooks that explore mindset, meditation and mental health. (Currently, I have 6 published, many more on the way!) I've lived and studied Kung Fu in Hong Kong, Meditation and Healing in Cyprus, Letting Go in and A Course In Miracles in Sedona, Capoeira in Brazil and now I'm in Sydney. I'm totally hooked on BJJ and Sound Healing. I struggled growing up with Dyslexia and ADHD, and meditation and martial arts have helped me IMMENSELY to balance myself, understand my mind and love myself for who I am. I can't wait to get to know you!
