I have just discovered the power of meditation combined with a power nap
I was really tired and was feeling out of alignment, so I took a nap I woke up and I wasn’t tired anymore but I was still out of alignment, I had a meditation and now I feel better than I have in a LONG time this thing I have learnt is extremely powerful and I would like each and every one of you reading this post to try this out and tell me what your experience with this was!
