How do you handle selling during quotes?
I'm trying to make the quoting process as professional as possible for my epoxy flooring business. Do you guys bring brochures or handouts when meeting clients? Do you have any other materials or techniques that help you close the deal? I’m looking for suggestions on what makes a quote presentation effective and leaves a lasting impression on potential clients. Any advice or strategies would be much appreciated!

Ask as many questions as possible. Selling is more about getting a clear picture of what the clients needs are and ensuring they are reassured that all their needs will be met by you.
Hope yall have been doing well
I just finished buying out my co-owner in the business, no bad blood like it usually is lol But that has taken up a lot of my time this last month, Was just wondering what kind of content I can create for yall? I'm working on a long-form video of A-Z how I book 80k+/mo How to find commercial clients for the winter Old Lead reactivation campaigns so that you can text/email/voicemail old leads that didn't convert, Anything else yall would like to see?

Just posted a question on contract, do's and dont's. A breakdown on this subject would be a make or break issue for most business owners.
Also, congratulations on the buy out🔥
Contract deals - inclusions/exclusions (fine print)
Curious if any of you guys do either contracts or handshake deals, I really do hope yall do the former. When it comes to your contract, what stipulations do you generally always put in. How about any special cases you've run into? Cheers!

DISPOSABLE SUPPLIES
Where do you get your disposable supplies like quart cups, 5-quart buckets, roller covers, paint sticks, etc? We started with Sherwin Williams, Lowes, and Home Depot and soon found they were REALLY HIGH PRICED. If we get 5 comments here, I will share our source of low-price quality items.

Try to build a relationship with the local SW rep and you can negotiate better prices. They have polyaspartics too. With time you could get pretty close to cost on all your materials.
Need Help in Operations!
Hey everyone! I’ve been running into a few problems on some recent jobs, and it’s been costing me time and money to fix. Would love to get some advice from the pros here! Here’s what I’m dealing with: - Basecoat Drying up too fast: I’m not quite fast enough to squeegee and roll out the base coat across the whole floor and get the chips down before it starts tacking up. Any tips on speeding up my process or slowing down the drying time? - When I do one half of the garage and then the other, you can see a line where the chips are lighter at the division. How do you handle dividing the floor so that it looks seamless, and there’s no visible start/stop line? - New Crew Learning the Ropes: Got a couple of guys who are new to this, and we need to cover about 1,015 sq ft. Any advice on how to train them up quickly while still getting a high-quality finish? - Keeping the Walls Clean: There’s no vertical surface protection right now, and I’m trying to avoid getting base or topcoat on the wood walls while working. Anyone got some clever ways to protect the walls without too much hassle? - Managing Sections Without Visible Seams: The biggest issue I’m facing is dividing the floor into sections and completing one area without it being noticeable where I started and stopped. Any strategies for squeegeeing, rolling out the base coat, and applying chips so that it all looks uniform? I’ve attached some pics to show what I’m working with. Any tips or tricks from you guys would be super helpful! Thanks a lot!
