Happy New Year everyone! We stayed home and reflected on the past year and planned for the new year - I hope you got some rest and are strapped in for another great year ahead. My family is down to visit - I haven't seen them for a long time, and my wife is expecting (woohoo) so we are kind of taking it all in. The awesome year we just had, the awesome year that we are about to have, a mini-me, and family. So, if it's cool, i wanted to take a day or two off along with the federal holidays to continue to finish some stuff up, finish planning with new hires, and spend time with family. -- An update on some stuff, the support@assistable.ai will be manned by me (to knock out technical tickets outstanding and to train), so if you run into something please send it there and i'll work down the list (or https://lifevest.ai/) - the official support and platform ticketing AI / system will be implemented soon. So, this is me politely asking for a little time off - dont worry, ill be around if needed and yes - I still have stuff coming out. I'm using data extraction tools during the call, and it does everything right, that is, it places the data in the custom fields that I created, but the problem is that even though the fields are fine, when I call again and ask the assistant for He tells me that he doesn't have that data and yet it is correctly in the contact fields. What could this be?

My voice assistant just set an appointment with a lead and asked it a bunch of qualifying questions. The lead then started texting with my AI after that call and the AI started asking the same questions over again. How do we get the AI to know what was said on the call so it does not do this?

Update!: talked to Jorden, GHL is having failing nodes which keeps the Ai from moving to next step after it makes the call. Should have a fix soon. Have an outbound time based drip mode, only making 3 calls every five minutes. But then it goes to Make an Ai Call and then it gets stuck there in a loop and continues to call over and over again. It made 11 calls to the same person stuck there in 1 day, and never passes to the next step. @Assistable Team ?
