I have an ad on Facebook to WhatsApp and I have a workflow that activates the assistant with a tag. When entering the message with the word that activates the tag, the chat responds in some cases and in others it does not, and yet the contact does have the tag correctly placed.
Does anyone know what this error is and how to fix it on outgoing calls? I've already checked everything. It supposedly makes the call but actually sends that error to assistable ai. @Justin Lee @Jorden Williams
I'm using data extraction tools during the call, and it does everything right, that is, it places the data in the custom fields that I created, but the problem is that even though the fields are fine, when I call again and ask the assistant for He tells me that he doesn't have that data and yet it is correctly in the contact fields. What could this be?
@Jace Nelson The system does extract the call data correctly and places it in the personalized fields correctly, however when I hang up and call again and ask, it does not tell me that information, it only tells me the name of the field
@Jace Nelson The problem is that in the chat I gather certain information to qualify the prospect for my service, and I tell him if he wants me to make a voice call with AI so he can see how the assistant works and the assistant is supposed to Take the data from the personalized fields that were filled out in the chat so you don't have to repeat that process and have the assistant follow the conversation they already had in the chat.
I am using the call forwarding tool with the voice assistant and it works perfectly but I want the assistant to ask in the chat if they want to receive a call, how can I activate the GHL workflow where I have the outgoing call configured?
