I'm using multiple AI agents in one subaccount (approx 30). I'm also getting different numbers calling to different AI Agents. How can I identify the contacts in that subaccount by the agents they called? Either through a tag or by filling a custom field? Note: I'm using like 30 agents and numbers so I want to minimize the amount of workflows or custom tools. I'm looking for a custom tool or other solution that I can just slap on to every Agent without having to recreate a different one per agent.

How can I set up one phone number for two assistants? Here's the situation: I have an outbound assistant that makes a call, but if it reaches voicemail, I want to automate a redial after 20 minutes. That part works fine through High Level. The issue is, I want both calls to come from the same phone number, so the user sees multiple calls from one number rather than different numbers. How can I achieve this?
