Hello Assistocrats! I need help in creating a custom tool that will send a dynamic url via sms from a voice or chat conversation. The client sells supplements and treatment plans for Hair Restoration. I've determined that I can create a dynamic cart url that includes a discount but I need to be able to populate the variant ID or ID's for the product/plan. How can I get the Assistant to fill in custom fields {{contact.variant_id_1}} and {{contact.variant_id_2}} based on knowledge base with those variant ID's for each product. I've tried a custom tool with a webhook similar to update_details but it won't pull in the variant ID's.

I don't know why it creates a temporary contact instead of sending the actual contact; also, the find contact action is not working during the call. Does someone have a solution for this one?

Is it possible to autoreply to Google Reviews? Either through the AI or just a workflow?

Your numbers are only showing up as SPAM because you haven't done the proper registrations. Most numbers you buy from Twillio will more than likely be marked spam. It's the nature of the beast. But, if you go register with Hiya your spam problems will go away almost instantly (at least that's been the case for me on every number I had that was going to spam) Go register your business and every number you call or text from here: https://business.hiya.com/registration/account Hiya is the entity that controls whether your number shows up as SPAM or not on Android. 70% of the global smartphone market consists of Android users. I can almost guarantee this will fix 99% of calls that are being marked spam. (considering you're not actually spamming of course) The one catch is you have to have a business. There's no sole prop registration that I know of.
