This just happens a few times with some contacts; it starts saying that there was a problem scheduling the appointment and repeats it every time. Does someone know why this happens? If there was a problem with the calendar, it should happen with every single conversation, but it happens sporadically, and it is annoying to the clients.
This happens in various conversations; the AI starts the conversation normally as always, but after a few messages, it stops answering completely. Does anyone else have this issue?
