How would you set up inbound voice with Time-Based Behavior?
I am trying to set up this assistant to recognize the time when a call comes in [Time-Based Behavior]. I don’t want it to continue chatting during certain hours or on weekends (in my use case, transferring the call to the office before/after hours). Is this possible?

Assistable v Closebot
I’m sure this question gets asked a million times, I’ve searched but can’t get a clear answer I’m very new to everything AI- I have a closebot account and a live bot which in all honesty, is on 🔥 My niche is Home Services and I can’t shake the fact that Closebot isn’t interested in Voice and I think this is a huge opportunity for certain businesses I’m completely new to Assistable but read so many good things that I’ve signed up to give it a go, just having an issue with numbers so waiting on GHL My question is.. How does text conversation compare to Closebot. I’m a little brainwashed by the objectives structure and simple prompting as well as the features that are constantly being pushed out Can the systems run side by side and if so, how would I do this? If I decided to have CB doing the text side and wanted Voice to step in, how does this generally look? Many thanks

@Jorden Williams you're being modest. Just the fact that you don't need a million f😶cking workflows for this 💩to work puts you light years ahead of all of them. Just that one thing right there. I've used practically every A.I. system that integrates with GHL and NONE OF THEM integrate how this does. ZappyChats workflows pictured below. I almost blew my brains out one night because something wasn't working and I was trying to find it in the workflows lol

@Daniel Lee I'm fairly confident in saying it's probably user error. There's tons of us using it without any issues. I had my first issues over the last few days and it wasn't an Assistable issue it was elevenlabs and GHL.
Suggestion for Improvement - Addressing Inconsistencies in Performance
Who else is facing inconsistency with performance? I love what’s being created here, but it feels too unstable to be called reliable. Often, things suddenly stop working properly. Fetching data from the knowledge base is particularly unreliable — sometimes the assistant accurately follows the KB, but other times it’s completely off. It might even say the opposite of what’s in the KB or claim it doesn’t have access to information that is clearly part of the KB.

To my understanding voice doesn't interface with the KB currently but, it 2.1 it will but, there will be a $8/m fee for the voice KB
