Day 13 Update
Today is day 13. Here's my update: - I'm up to 7,335 push-ups, with my goal being 20,000 by November 15. - I was aiming to do cardio 3X per week (I think?). I'm progressing toward that, and in the last week I've done two Peloton bike rides, which have been great. Total suffer / sweat fest. How's everyone else doing??

Day 7
How we all doing?? I was able to get a cardio workout today which I’m glad about. Nothing better than a well earned sweat. 255 push-ups done so far today so I should get more in tonight. How’s everyone else?

@Sophia Miller Good for you. Take care of the quad -- no need to cause an injury when you don't need to. And yeah I'm not sure why so few people have signed up. I had hundreds of people express interest. I do think people "want" stuff but when it comes to actually doing it, you'll get only a small fraction of people to "jump." I also think there's something to needing to sign up for this that people are pushed away by. Either way, whatever -- I'm glad we have the group here that we do. even if only one person is active and finding value, then this is still a worthwhile community to have. Final thing -- I plan to continue with this and growing it each month. The hope is to get people coming back again and again with new goals to work on.

@Sophia Miller yes 100%. I've found that to be a total "life hack." If you just focus on "doing" -- even if you aren't "good" at it -- you will make way more progress in life than just thinking / talking about it.
Quad Cramping
So recently, as in the last two-three weeks, while squatting my quads have been cramping up. It kind of feels like they’re almost seizing up. My workout hasn’t changed basically at all and I do get enough water. Do any of y’all have idea what it may be?

@Sophia Miller that’s frustrating. Have you taken any more rest than usual to let them chill out a bit?

@Sophia Miller awesome to get that update. The body is a wild thing. Some days it just doesn't work it's best. In my experience (this is definitely not advice in any way, just what I have noticed about myself), I always have some little ache or pain. If I gave in to them I wouldn't make any progress. Sometimes I'm better off just ignoring my physical feelings and getting the work done.

Since 2015 I've been working toward my goal of doing 1 million push-ups, with hopes of proving to the world that "Anyone Can Do Anything" in life.
