Push-Day 05 -- How it will work!
Hey everyone - Push-Day 05 is here for some around the world, or will be soon! I've created a "category" to input any submissions. I've attached a screenshot of how you can use it so we are all submitting our activity in the same spot (so we can all track progress). As a reminder, we have two goals / missions for Push-Day 05: 1) Do 100,000 global push-ups. 2) Start building out a global exercise database of what people are doing for fitness around the world. So, if you want to rip some push-ups on May 31, awesome. If you'd prefer to simply do your own thing, that's also awesome. Push-Days are all about pushing ourselves to work on our fitness / health, so either option works. Let me know if you have any questions / feedback! This is our first try with this new community, so it will be interesting to see how it goes. We will surely learn some things. Kevin
