Quad Cramping
So recently, as in the last two-three weeks, while squatting my quads have been cramping up. It kind of feels like they’re almost seizing up. My workout hasn’t changed basically at all and I do get enough water. Do any of y’all have idea what it may be?

@Kevin Cullum I have, I didn’t do leg day at all last week, but I went back to do them today and they hurt badly. I may try taking some magnesium or potassium supplements or something. I asked an athletic trainer and he essentially said make sure you are hydrating, otherwise it may just be an overuse thing. We’ll see.

Update: today while lifting it was fine. I started light and as it felt good, I went up in weight. Everything felt good. I started taking some electrolytes which seemed to have helped.

120 pull-ups, 380 squats, 120 3 pump navy seal burpees (360 pushups). Start the week the right way!!!!

120 Navy SEAL burpees is brutal. 3 pushups and 2 mountain climbers in one rep. Kudos to you, dude. And that in addition to 120 pull-ups and 380 squats.
Day 8
How's everyone?? I'm at 4,020 push-ups. Still have ~16,000 push-ups to do in the next 23 days, which is nearly 700 per day. Lots of work to do, but I'll keep plugging along. As for the cardio work, I did a cardio workout yesterday. I just need to do more. My primary focus right now is push-ups, since I still have a lot to do to get to 1 million by December 29, but that is no excuse. I need to do more.

How we all doing?? I was able to get a cardio workout today which I’m glad about. Nothing better than a well earned sweat. 255 push-ups done so far today so I should get more in tonight. How’s everyone else?

Other than what I posted earlier, I am doing really well. I am still doing what I said I would be doing, and not having burnout. This quad thing is not good though. Also, side note, I wonder why only 12 people signed up for this. It’s completely free.

@Kevin Cullum I saw something yesterday where pretend self improvers do 80% learning and 20% doing. Real ones do 80% doing and 20% learning. There are a lot of people who it sounds good to do, but aren’t willing to take that step.
Day 6 (or whatever day for you) Updates?
How's everyone doing? Today is day 6 for me on my mission to do 20,000 push-ups in 30 days. I also set a goal to do cardio (running or Peloton) 3 times per week, and that is NOT going well so far. But, push-ups are moving along. In the first 5 days I've cranked out 3,165 push-ups. On a good path, but must keep going (and actually increase things a bit). How's everyone else doing?

Pretty good. I was traveling back home on Sunday so getting it in was tough because the flight was delayed for two hours after I was already at the airport, but I did find time to run before it got too dark at home.

Today’s lift was a grind. I’m sore, tired, don’t want to do it, and just generally not in it. I finished it though and it feels good
