Day 13 Update
Today is day 13. Here's my update: - I'm up to 7,335 push-ups, with my goal being 20,000 by November 15. - I was aiming to do cardio 3X per week (I think?). I'm progressing toward that, and in the last week I've done two Peloton bike rides, which have been great. Total suffer / sweat fest. How's everyone else doing??

I’ve done leg day @ the gym this morning, I managed over 400 squats to add to my total & still managed 100 pull-ups & 200 push ups. I’m trying to get back into lift weights aswell as doing body weight training. I’m also trying to do as much cardio as time allows I did a 6 mile run yesterday.
Never skip a monday
120 pull-ups, 380 squats, 120 3 pump navy seal burpees (360 pushups). Start the week the right way!!!!

Day 6 (or whatever day for you) Updates?
How's everyone doing? Today is day 6 for me on my mission to do 20,000 push-ups in 30 days. I also set a goal to do cardio (running or Peloton) 3 times per week, and that is NOT going well so far. But, push-ups are moving along. In the first 5 days I've cranked out 3,165 push-ups. On a good path, but must keep going (and actually increase things a bit). How's everyone else doing?

Completed today, 148 pull-ups, 302 pushups & 488 squats followed by a 4.1 run.
Lead up to 1 year!!
Hi all & thanks for the add. 23rd of November will mark 1 year since I started recording my pull-ups, push ups & squats. I want to do something special on the month leading up to this starting Wednesday. Any ideas??

@Kevin Cullum I’ve managed 7965 pull-ups, 44367 pushups & 37742 squats. I didn’t take any photos or videos when I started however recently setup an instagram page where I’m going to record workouts so when my little girl is older she can follow along to them if she wants.

Try to teach my little girl discipline & that ‘anybody can do anything’ I have been tracking my pull-ups, pushups & squats since November 2023!!
