Day 13 Update
Today is day 13. Here's my update:
  • I'm up to 7,335 push-ups, with my goal being 20,000 by November 15.
  • I was aiming to do cardio 3X per week (I think?). I'm progressing toward that, and in the last week I've done two Peloton bike rides, which have been great. Total suffer / sweat fest.
