THE CHALLENGE FINISH LINE
Big shout to everyone who has finished the 7-Day challenge and to everyone who is in the process. My hope is that you can find a way to continue to infuse your day with some of these habits. Looking forward to announcing some challenge winners as we get more people finishing up the challenge. Side note: I’m really excited for something I’ve been building the last couple months and I can’t wait to share that with all of you soon. Keep crushing it fam. all is possible XX

Day #7 Was that a week already?
Another big day at the office, but managed to check all the boxes for today! When you want, you can find the time. I waited the end of the day to check those but : • Read in the train back home • Did a 35mn bodyweight workout before dinner • Finished the edit of my sister’s trail • Took 10mn after lunch to breath and relax Here are some of the pics of this race week-end! Some early lights over a little village near Millau in France. Such a beautiful place! Also the start of the race with the red smoke bombs. Looking back the past week, I’m quite happy and proud of this challenge and how I managed it. I didn’t checked all the boxes but took the time to look back each day and see what I did good and what were the points I could have done differently or better. Thank’s Timmy for this one, I‘ll keep those in my daily routine, can’t wait for the next one! And thank’s to all of you fam for the energy and motivation, keep going 💪🔥

@Jes Padgett keep crushing it! If counting helps in any way, that’s the way to go! 💪
Day #6 Back on track!
Started the day by reading to get back on track and start the day in a good way. Then worked and around noon, my girlfriend asked to go out for a run. She wasn’t scared to not doing as good as she used to be before her ankle injury, so we did a 4k, she wasn’t that happy about her result but hey, her ankle was good and not painful so good point there. I wanted more so went alone and added 14k to those 4k. It felt great to be in the woods and breath out loud! The last 2k were hard as I didn’t ate anything in the morning, so felt a big lack of energy but didn’t quit. At this moment I thought that that running this much was a little bit unconscious as I had an 1h30 soccer game in the evening and I felt like my legs were shot. But went to my soccer game and it went like butter on a piece of bread! Took a time to edit photos when I got back and take a silent time right before bed. Don’t let a bad day make an influence on the next, try to take every day as a new opportunity to overcome yourself! 💪 Keep going fam!

How will you invest in yourself today?
Woke up today thinking about momentum and how it's been on the move again in my creative area of life. I have an important question to prompt you with. How will you invest in yourself today? Meaning, what actions or small steps will you invest in towards your business and/or creative areas of your life today? What is one small step that will add to the bigger picture of your goals combined? For me personally I will continue posting videos to their retrospective accounts. I will continue my daily workout. I will be digitally drawing. I am doing those necessary small steps towards what will amount to the bigger goals I have, without attaching an outcome to those said goals. Once we start ideating the goals, I feel we then allow space for disappointment, rather than doing the actions and arriving to the goals. I feel we tend to get too caught up in the outcome rather than enjoying the actual journey it requires to get to our goals. So, let me know what smaller steps you are investing into yourself, and not to the attached outcomes.

I think that I’ll keep those little times in my daily routine. 15/20mn of reading, 10mn to breath, 40+ mn of workout. I want to allocate a real time to create for me. I do it for work purpose but I want to draw, design maybe add paint, sculpture, or any other creative expression I can think of. And even if it’s only 10/20/30mn a day, just to have this time of creativity for me!
