Workout of the day Check In
Wanted to do a lil check in since I’ve been a lil quiet on here. Here’s my lunch for the day! I haven’t been feeling like exercising lately as I did a reset from going ham in October. Had to take a break from everything because I almost overworked myself ahaha. But now I’m going to go at it again now that I’ve had the proper reset! Here’s to overcoming my November PR today! And when I felt like stopping, I did a lil extra with the snack portion of today’s workout. ((: My exercising pie of my wheel of life has never really been priority until now. It’s cool to see and experience the shift happening from someone who didn’t have any focuses regarding exercising to now someone who’s wanting to have it as a daily priority. Even if I have my moments of faltering faith, I know where I’m headed and will keep at it ((:

PR Sunday
Sunday was a big day for me. Hit my single run distance PR and overall YTD distance goal! Especially proud of the YTD achievement. Been chasing that elusive 300 mile number for several years. Consistency is key!

Back at it
Here to atone for my sins🙈. I haven’t been on these streets in a while, when I got back home I just lost rhythm and I think I had quietly accepted that that was it until yesterday when my 5yr old son confronted my complacency hence this run.

Snack earlier today
Earlier I met with a friend and we actually walked longer than what was tracked. At least 30 mins into our walk I realized I didn’t have my tracker on. Nevertheless I got an Hour and 30 mins in which was sweet 👏🏼
