Workout of the day Check In
Wanted to do a lil check in since I’ve been a lil quiet on here. Here’s my lunch for the day! I haven’t been feeling like exercising lately as I did a reset from going ham in October. Had to take a break from everything because I almost overworked myself ahaha. But now I’m going to go at it again now that I’ve had the proper reset! Here’s to overcoming my November PR today! And when I felt like stopping, I did a lil extra with the snack portion of today’s workout. ((: My exercising pie of my wheel of life has never really been priority until now. It’s cool to see and experience the shift happening from someone who didn’t have any focuses regarding exercising to now someone who’s wanting to have it as a daily priority. Even if I have my moments of faltering faith, I know where I’m headed and will keep at it ((:
