Day #6 Back on track!
Started the day by reading to get back on track and start the day in a good way.
Then worked and around noon, my girlfriend asked to go out for a run. She wasn鈥檛 scared to not doing as good as she used to be before her ankle injury, so we did a 4k, she wasn鈥檛 that happy about her result but hey, her ankle was good and not painful so good point there.
I wanted more so went alone and added 14k to those 4k. It felt great to be in the woods and breath out loud! The last 2k were hard as I didn鈥檛 ate anything in the morning, so felt a big lack of energy but didn鈥檛 quit.
At this moment I thought that that running this much was a little bit unconscious as I had an 1h30 soccer game in the evening and I felt like my legs were shot. But went to my soccer game and it went like butter on a piece of bread!
Took a time to edit photos when I got back and take a silent time right before bed.
Don鈥檛 let a bad day make an influence on the next, try to take every day as a new opportunity to overcome yourself! 馃挭
Keep going fam!
