Sunrises at the beach are mesmerizing and each one is different... like us! (cue the awwws lol)
ECR addition
Anyone ever try incorporating an acupressure mat into their ECR? A little bit of embrace the suck and you can stack it with diaphragm breathing and mantras. Really helps to relax the muscles and get some endorphins going in the morning! https://a.co/d/0vFAW21

I have Presence, Resilience and Gratitude in mine, that takes up the bulk of the toolbox. I also reset a day or two a week - meaning I am not on my phone at all; been doing this for years. Which brings into Focus and adaptability. 😉

I am grateful for all small and huge things... but what counts are those things that comes in between. It all adds up, however. I am grateful for what life brings on a daily basis.

I have a challenge for you....First, congrats America...our attention span is now SHORTER than a goldfish.The average attention span in the US is 8 seconds...only 8 f@cking seconds (goldfish is 9) This sounds funny...but it really isn't.
