I would love your help
We finally got our Google my business set up. And would really love some reviews. For those of you that have completed or participated in some of our training. If you wouldn’t mind taking a second to give us a route view that would be awesome! https://g.page/r/CZJKdekS3jmNEAE/review

Xpress Course
I just completed Module 1 of the Xpress Course on Peak Mental Performance, and I'm absolutely excited! 💪🧠 Diving into the intricacies of how our brain operates was genuinely enlightening. I discovered powerful techniques such as visualization and meditation, which serve as essential workouts for our minds, much like physical exercises for our bodies. One standout technique that resonated with me is the BAMO method—Breathe and Move On. It's amazing how taking just a few moments for controlled breathing can dramatically reset my whole day. The concept that "thoughts become things" really struck a chord with me. By mastering this practice, we can transform chaos into a sense of calm. The key lies in simply slowing down, being intentional with our actions, practicing the BAMO technique each day, and observing our emotions without the tendency to overanalyze them. This journey is opening new doors for me and helping cultivate a more balanced mindset!

outstanding. Keep working your way through the course. So much good stuff in there. And BAMO is a way of life for sure. It’s not just a breath technique but it’s also a call to action. Keep up the great work.
Med Student Gratitude
Hi team! Below is an email I received today from a medical student who recently finished MSM training. I’m not sharing this for personal recognition but rather to highlight the importance of the work we are doing. This is yet another doctor who will be happier and healthier who can provide even better care for patients during stressful times. Hey Dr. Raines! Just wanted to send you a quick thank you for all the support you gave during the surgery rotation! I hope you know how much it impacted me and how helpful I found your support and your Resilient Mindset sessions to be! I was dealing with a lot of self-doubt and anxiety during the semester, for numerous reasons, and working with you really helped me believe in myself a little bit more, so I just wanted to say thank you so much for that!

thank you so much for sharing this Doc. I know those medical students you are teaching are more equipped to go out there and handle the challenges of their profession. Healthy doctors produce healthy patients.

One of the easiest and most powerful things I do in the morning is just simply taking a deep breath and then setting an intention for the day. Just saying something simple like, may I be present today. Or may I be focused today. Really provides me a Northstar for the day. It’s amazing how powerful simple intentions can be
