One standout technique that resonated with me is the BAMO method—Breathe and Move On. It's amazing how taking just a few moments for controlled breathing can dramatically reset my whole day. The concept that "thoughts become things" really struck a chord with me. By mastering this practice, we can transform chaos into a sense of calm. The key lies in simply slowing down, being intentional with our actions, practicing the BAMO technique each day, and observing our emotions without the tendency to overanalyze them.
