Gratitude Sunday!
One of my ECRs on Sunday’s is to journal and reflect on the things that I’m grateful for from the past week. What are y’all grateful for on this Sunday?!

How to solve “problems” quickly!
This is a powerful bio hack to reframe and control your thoughts. This is how you stay calm in chaos and figure shit out, de-escalate situations and respond instead of react.

Never been a big “ra ra” guy because of so many “leaders” that try to use these as ways to show their “leadership” but usually don’t really understand what they’re saying just think it’s cool cause it came from a guy like Jacko. But this one is such a great mindset reset in times that you may really need it.
ECR's & IER's
I'm curious to know, or if anyone else wants to share - what their ECR's are? What really gets your mind (and body) movin' and ready for the day/afternoon/evening? 🤔 Mine are affirmations in the car, listening to music sometimes really loud in the AM and PM to/from work, and of course BAMO!!!

Mine are those morning breaths and mindful intentions/goal setting before my feet hit the floor out of bed, cold shower, and a daily Scripture
