ECR's & IER's
I'm curious to know, or if anyone else wants to share - what their ECR's are? What really gets your mind (and body) movin' and ready for the day/afternoon/evening? 🤔
Mine are affirmations in the car, listening to music sometimes really loud in the AM and PM to/from work, and of course BAMO!!!
