Welcome bro. Are you bulking too?💪
My secret to building muscles easy🤫
Eggs give me super powers. 1 year ago I started having 4+ eggs every day. After learning that it will increase my testosterone and help me get bigger and stronger. I have 5 eggs to breakfast now and usually 2-3 in the afternoon. It is the easiest thing I do to build more muscle. How many eggs do you eat per day?

My record is 100 push ups and 15 pull ups
Questions regarding back
Is it neccecary to train lower lats or I hit that shit with pull ups further more any advice regarding rows?machines in my gym are home made(no joke)and they are kinda weird so the only option for rows is either cables or chest supported but I gotta lean forward kinda to get that stretch in because the machine sits too high any advice would be helpful.

If it is lower back you mean you can do back extensions on the floor or use some machines to do that. Lower back is crucial to train. One exercise is enough to train it.
I'm unsure as to where to start
I'm essentially new to working out as a whole, and need advice as to how to start out. I've seen many differing opinions and videos about working out, muscle-building, nutrition, workout splits, etc. I don't know where or who to get the "correct" information from. Any help from more experienced individuals than me would be greatly appreciated
