What is the best way for the bot to respond only during business hours?
Hi, I am currently running a DBR campaign via WhatsApp and trying to schedule phone appointments with contacts. This is working quite well so far. However, I want the bot to respond only during business hours so that it is not immediately obvious that it is a bot. Under "Knowledge," I have informed the bot of the business hours and also Ideally, I would like to send a message stating that we are currently closed and will get back to them the next day. The bot should then schedule the message and send the actual response during business hours. For this, I provided the bot with the following information in the field "What is some important information for the assistant to know?": If a user writes outside of business hours, send the following response: "Hallo und vielen Dank, dass Du uns kontaktiert hast. Leider sind wir momentan nicht erreichbar. Unsere Geschäftszeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag, 07:00 bis 21:00 Uhr, und am Wochenende von 10:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Wir werden uns am nächsten Tag bei Dir melden und Deine Anfrage bearbeiten." In this case, send the actual response to the user's message about 30 minutes after the start of the next working day. Unfortunately, this is not working and the bot is responding normally even at 4 AM. Alternatively, I have tested completely deactivating the bot using "Set reply time constraint." This also did not work. Does anyone have a tip on how I can best set this up?

Best way to teach assistant complex pricing information?
What's the best way to teach my assistant complex pricing information. I've tried via PDF which does not work at all. Also I added the different webpages which have the information on it as URL reference in the knowledge base, which also does not work. Lastly I've created a json file with chatgpt out of the table and uploaded it, but it also did not pick up the information or seems to use it. Any tips, how I can tell the bot to use the information from the json file?

@Craig Pretzinger @Jorden Williams is that really possible to train the bot this way through the chat? If so that would be a huge problem, if somebody not authorized could train the assistant this way. Is there a way to disallow this?

@Breyden Taylor Hi Breyden. Thanks for the reply. Yes, the sorting in your sheet is about 90% correct. Actually, the pricing I need is not that complex. I just want to specify the prices per ton for each type of waste, without any additional costs for the container or for delivery and pick-up. The only thing that is a bit more complex with the prices is that some types of waste can be disposed of for free (paper and metal, for example) and some have cheaper prices for business customers. Strangely, the bot recognizes which products are free, but doesn't return any information for all others.
German Assistant sometimes uses english words in replies
Any ideas how can I train my bot not to mix English and German language together. Sometimes I have problems that the bot uses some English phrases in a German conversation. The Assistant language is set to German already.

Hi @Jorden Williams Do you have any idea when you might offer your live chat widget? A simple version, featuring only the live chat functionality, would suffice for now. This is very important to me, as I cannot use the official HighLevel Chat widget here in Europe. It loads Google Analytics, and I would need to obtain user consent before loading it. I don't want to use another tool like ChatHQ
