Is this still coming? Feel like a flow builder would open a lot more options up for more robust solutions.

@Breyden Taylor I had a look at that. Looks a bit limited from what I could tell on first glance. No if/else etc... so I'm sticking with GHL workflows for now for follow up. Reason I think flow builder would be good is because I'm looking to setup more path based voice conversations. Doing so in the single system prompt is not really ideal as prompt length too long. I'd prefer a more general system prompt and then smaller path bases prompts depending on how the conversation flows. My use cases go beyond booking and more a guided educational flow until they are well inducted and then qualified enough to speak to the company.

🌏 International Bookers, this one’s for you! 🌎 (But available FOR FREE for all) Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego!?!! is a custom tool built by @Breyden Taylor (self tag, that’s me!) and hosted via @Jorden Williams 's Assistable Network in Buildship. It’s available to all Assistable users—no additional accounts or authorizations required. A detailed README is attached for setup, and I’ll be creating a video tutorial this weekend. From Cronos to Carmen: Evolution of my Assistable International Booking Assistant In Assistable v1, I made a timezone expert assistant named “Cronos”. At that time, I wasn’t aware of the Time API and relied on my own JSON timezone library combined with natural language logic to simulate processing. However, timezones are inherently complex, and my initial solution was somewhat clunky and… obtuse. Cronos could only convert time and struggled to understand that customers or leads weren’t interested in the majority of his context window, which was heavily focused on timezones and not much else. Goddammit Cronos 🤓 Enter Carmen—the version 2 booking assistant that’s exceptionally adept at handling timezones without overcomplicating interactions. Carmen doesn’t mention timezones at dinner parties or have difficulty maintaining her utility; she’s streamlined, efficient, and sauve 👠 Why Carmen is the Ultimate Timezone Tester For our demo conversation (see readme), Carmen went undercover as a lead (I assigned a different name to the booking assistant, but don't want to confuse anyone). She serves as the perfect testing subject for timezone functionalities. I set her contact timezone to Australia/Brisbane, mirroring GHL’s IP-based inference when adding contacts to the CRM (presuming her IP address was available during first interaction). But, as we all know, Carmen doesn’t have a fixed home base—she’s a globetrotter extraordinaire! This makes her the ideal tester for our solution, as it effectively handles scenarios where jet-setters might be in different locations during appointment times, such as Beijing.

Assistable GHL Workflow Actions Issue
Hi team, I'm wanting to add conversation log (history) to voice calls but having issues setting up the Action as it doesn't apare to have any values to connect the action to Assistable. @Bilal Ahmed Thanks for that. What's this action for if not retrieving conversation logs? I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible so a single action that is self explanatory would be preferrable.

Assistable with n8n
Hello guys! I want to connect Assistable with n8n or make to automate the subaccount creations. We have tried to do it with the API documentation but it didnt work. Has anyone been able to automate the creation of subaccounts with Make or n8n?
