Metabolic therapy with diagnose: small-cellic, neuroindocrine carzinoma (stomach with metastasis)
Hi guys I am new here. And I wanted to know if you know someone who was diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoma and tried metabolic therapy? I wanted to know your experiences with that. Unfortunately my fater got diagnosed with it. He already made one chemotherapy and is currently doing his second one in combination with methadon. He is under palliative medicine. What kind of diet should he do during the chemotherapy? Kind regards and thank you all Emre

Also, please consider berberine as it is not so hard on liver and kidneys. Metformin brings blood glucose levels down too, but would stress his liver.🌻

@Emre Goecen Hi Emre, It is lovely to see his GKI coming down so steeply. That is great news. Remember that the goal is gki under 2 as a press and under 1 when pulse. I suggested the berberine as something to bring down his bloodsugar. I do not know if it helps with glutamine. His GKI made a nice jump in the right direction. He may not need help bringing down his bloodsugar. Great work.

HBOT, Keto Diet, MCT Oil, Exoginous Ketones, Metforman! Listen let's less complicate this thing. Eat Keto. Strict no carbs and no sugar. Not everyone will just get glucose at 70 and that's okay. Let's then add the hammers Dom and I discussed here like MCT, Exoginous Ketones, Metforman, HBOT. Then test! If you still need to adjust stay pacient and reduce protien and callories a little. You will be in good shape. One big thing I learned was exoginous Ketones after every meal reduces glucose! Also helps the GKI significantly! Just please stop fasting just work on dialing in those 5 hammers and you will be much further ahead! Please see the full podcast bellow! If GKI still is not perfect you are still in good shape. Remember a Keto Diet and fasting only slows the growth of cancer. It is just used as a press and not a cure. So what if your cancer grows 50 percent slower vs 55 percent slower. It's the pulse that kills it and make the biggest difference! https://youtu.be/n0rGi0E-6D0?si=nukC3qPL6DoODAXB

Hi Jason, If you do not mind sharing, how often do you measure your cancer markers and what do you use. I love how hard you are hitting it. Are you still doing everyday hbot or do you agree with Dom that every 2 or 3 days is better to allow normal cells to bolster? What were your bloodsugars and ketones while fasting? Was your gki greater than 1? Your tumor grew while fasting. Mine did as well if the initial measurements via mammogram were perfect, it grew 4mm in the month since the mammogram until the lumpectomy with me water fasting 3 weeks. However, my tumor had marked lymphocytocytic infiltrates and tumor necrosis, which I think can be interpreted as the tumor was dying. From what I have read, tumor necrosis can cause the tumor to swell. Thank you.🙏

Thank you for sharing. I'm so sorry about the new tumors. When you fasted, were you able to keep your gki less than 1? When you say do not fast, do you mean do not do omad, or do not fast for 48 hours?
Salmon and Chicken VS Beef
Hey guys, dunno could this perhaps help someone so I said I'd post. About two weeks ago I changed to eating salmon and chicken instead of beef as I was getting the ick from eating beef so much. I foud that my glucose has been overall lower with salmon/chicken and I have been able to eat about 20g more protein in a day and skill have my GKI under 2. I had chosen beef to eat originally as I wanted bang for my protein buck but I realise now, I really should have experimented with different proteins to begin with to see which one gave me the best GKI. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else has the same physiology as we and wants to eat more protein or could improve their GKI numbers! I wonder is beef more glycolic than chicken and fish!

Thank you, Rioghnach! I will give it a try. I need to add in more fish anyway.
Tumor Markers
Sorry for the multiple postings today. Had labs and my CEA came back more than 100 points higher than a month ago. I was so sure this keto plus HBOT and accompanying supplements to block glucose and glutamine would bring the number down, not send it up. 😔 anyone else have similar experiences or thoughts? I don’t know if hoping it’s die off is just wishful thinking.

@Betsy Devarakonda You are doing a great job on hitting it hard. Keep that up, and see where you can make improvements. We really have to constantly keep evaluating and tweaking our protocols with every bit of information we can. I live in Summerfield. It is near greensboro. I go to Wilksboro for the iv C. I have only done 1 iv vit c 25mg. She ran bloodwork to make sure I could handle high dose. I meet with her Wednesday to discuss my bloodwork and a plan. Hang in there. Sending a hug your way.

Hi Betsy. I am researching my own elevated cancer markers and came across a statement that this cancer marker can elevate in the first 4-6 weeks after treatment has started with chemo. Maybe that trend is similar with other serum cancer markers and it is indeed a sign your tumor is being attacked. "CA 15-3 measurement can also be used to survey disease recurrence after treatment of metastatic breast cancer. In the absence of measurable disease, an increase in CA 15-3 levels could indicate treatment failure. However, CA 15-3 levels can rise during the initial 4-6 weeks of starting therapy. This transient rise does not usually correlate with disease progression." That is a quote from this: https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/2087491-overview#a1 Sending prayers for wisdom in how to approach this.. 🙏 keep going hard at fighting this. 💞
Post your GKI scores here.
Mention your diet. Carnivore, Ketovore, Keto, Carb Based, Vegetarian, Vegan etc. This should help Johnny and other medical researchers see which diets produce the best results (Lowest GKI).

Right now, I'm carnivore. I cut the cumin and chili to see if my joint aches go, and to get my gki<2 if they make a difference. Up at 630am 6:51 g78 k2.8 gki1.54 I have been trying to drink more water. I try every time i want to eat, to drink water and pray for wisdom and healing instead of watching a carnivore food video 😜. 9:05-9:55 2.5mile walk 10:05 g78 k3.4 gki1.27 1030 -1115 meal 1/4lb skirt steak, 5eggs, 1/4 cup homemade beef gelatin 1 big ox tail, 1 chix foot, 1/3cup cream, 3tbsp butter, 1/3 cup rendered beef fat bits, salt, 1 tbl dried beef gelatin. I make a meat "burrito." It is soooo good. 2:35 g86 k2.1 gki2.28 4:40 G85, k2.6 gki1.82 Maybe i could assume at 330 i was below gki2 if this progression is linear. So perhaps I am gki>2 for up to 4 hours a day. I'm going to try a regular sauna after eating tomorrow to see if that brings down my gki after eating. 🙏 I'm going to fast during protocols coming up. I'm in my muscle and fat building stage, but I want to be gki<2 24/7. I am so encouraged by what I am seeing here. Thank you for all your ideas and posts!!!!!!

@Egg Scrambled Do you breathe pure oxygen or air? Are you afraid you will pass out? Is someone with you. GREAT idea! Is it affordable?
