Ok so I have been pretty much carnivore and sticking to as close to zero sugar zero carbs with all food choices. It’s been a couple days since I did a reading but did one just now. My last meal was more of a snack on some cheese and a matcha tea with coconut milk yesterday at 7pm. This morning I took my exogenous ketones and went to hyperbaric. Then went to yoga. Then came home and got this reading. What on earth it’s the worst reading ever since I started but how is that possible with the last 15-18 hours and taking Dr Boz ketones?

Are we supposed to be taking mebendazole with food or without?
