Do YOU have low progesterone? 🤔
Hi everyone! 🌸 I just posted a new video about the crucial role of progesterone in our health and the impacts of having low levels. 🩺💡 Progesterone is often called the 'pregnancy hormone,' but it's so much more than that. It plays a key role in regulating menstrual cycles, supporting pregnancy, and maintaining overall hormonal balance. Low progesterone can lead to symptoms like irregular periods, mood swings, and difficulty conceiving. Let’s dive into this important topic together! Have you experienced symptoms of low progesterone? What strategies have you found helpful? Let's share our stories and support each other! 💬👇

@Jane Grzegorczyk thank you for sharing your experience with the topical soy-based "natural progesterone cream." It's great to hear about different products - was it helpful for you ?? You're right that some health food stores sell such creams, and they can be beneficial for some individuals. However, as you mentioned, it's important to be cautious with soy-based products because they can potentially raise estrogen levels.

@Kelly Collins there are a few ways to tell -if you are tracking your cycle you may see irregular menstrual cycle , light or heavy cycle days, short luteal phases, fatigue low energy, mood changes , hot flashes or night sweats all can be signs . My best advice is to start tracking if you feel it could be a concern to rule out any abnormalities in your cycle first. :) The video is in the roots in fertility paid community under hormones. :)
Signs and symptoms are often vitamin deficiency
We messed something up- When we have a symptom in our body we try to mask the pain as it is seen as bad or an inconvenience and to take something to push it aside. Instead of figuring out why it is there in the first place what if you asked why it is happening in the first place. Instead of ...I have a headache -take an Advil and lay down - Consider the root cause - need water? Feeling Stress ? Too much screen time ? Not enough magnesium? And watch when you actually give your body what it needs how the symptoms also disappear . I love teaching women and empowering them to actually heal the root cause. ❤️

A new food routine
Before you eat pause look at your food ,smell it , observe the colors on your plate. Sit in gratitude allow this pause to first take place to allow a chance for your salary glands to kick in which helps with the breakdown of your carbohydrates.... Step one take a pause - you will learn more about eating in gut health section but first we start with the SPA or smallest possible action to start to change our unconscious behaviors🥣🥦🥗🍳 What are your food rituals? Do you have any? What helps you get present when eating?
