Sit in gratitude allow this pause to first take place to allow a chance for your salary glands to kick in which helps with the breakdown of your carbohydrates.... Step one take a pause - you will learn more about eating in gut health section but first we start with the SPA or smallest possible action to start to change our unconscious behaviors🥣🥦🥗🍳 What are your food rituals?
