Step one take a pause - you will learn more about eating in gut health section but first we start with the SPA or smallest possible action to start to change our unconscious behaviors🥣🥦🥗🍳 What are your food rituals? We have! I used it on my face and joints. It definitely helped with joint pain. And Uncle mark used it on a spot on his nose, along with frankincense oil , which in time took it right away. I love your reference to the abdominal pack for immunity.
