We have been taught as women to workout harder longer and like men every since exercise became a thing. What I keep hearing from the women I support is that they are working and eating clean but still not losing weight. Have any of you experienced this in your life ? Have you ever had an impromptu dance party?
We have a tropical storm and it's been raining all day - we put in a playlist cranked it up outside and danced in the rain ! What a fun time to burn energy and increase my energy on the gloomy day and to be showered by the rain ! It left me thinking I need to do this more !!! Anyone else like to throw on kickback feel good music and get your groove on? ( And yes I found all the prompts around my house 🤣🤣🔥❤️)
