Not sure why this is happening. I saw an old post about it here, but it looks like it hasn’t been fixed yet, right? It’s becoming a bit of a problem because we have clients who can’t access the platform due to this bug.

Would there be a way to export the call history tab so that we can share that with a client we're doing calling for so it would be easier for review and their follow up?

@Michael Brasel Gotcha, Our development team is working to bring the logs into the conversation history so that you can pull some more data about the calls themselves. I dont have an exact timeline on this just yet but our development team will be pushing updates through this week. Unfortunately this time there is not a way to export those logs.

All my phone numbers disappeared, the ones that i imported from twilio and the ones that i purchased from assistable

Hey @David Galofre I met with your team this morning and it sounds like your SIP trunk was removed from twilio because you were having trouble connecting. They had also released all of the phone numbers already. Unfortunately because everything had already been removed there was nothing for me to look into. But if you have any other trouble pulling phone numbers in please let us know!

GHL new workflow feature - pause workflows
Anyone look into this yet? Hoping this would pause the asistable workflow trigger. And hopefully the assistant can initiate the pausing of the workflow. 🙄 @Jorden Williams l @Assistable Team

Hey Loyd! I apologize but no I am not familiar with a workflow step or automation to pause workflows. If you are referring to the "pause workflows" found within the new global workflow settings that appears to only be triggered by specific dates so I dont believe an assistant could trigger that.
