Julius just had his first real competition, No restrictions: 25m freestyle - 23,71 3rd place, PB: 6,49s 25m breaststroke - 30,45 3rd place, PB: 5,65s Please comment what “we” can work on.. (a lot I know, but he is 10)

just wanted to share that last week after a tiring 2hr training I managed to get a 3 second pb in 200 breast which has never happened before in training!! can't wait to see how David's techniques will help me in my competition next weekend as I'm swimming 200m breast too!

Amira had a good start in her first "normal" swim competition. Usually she swims lifesaving disciplins. She got a first place in 100m IM: 1,45.01 a third in freestyle 50m: 00,37.34 and a fourth in back 50m : 00,49.07 In two weeks she will swim regionals now. Wonder how that will work out. Amira is 11 years.

So, I get anxious, nervous in a lot of situations not just swim meets. I want to do well and it’s always hit and miss. I have worked with David a couple of times and I used his breathing techniques and some self talk and they helped 😀
