Introduction
Hi Eric here from Malaysia. Still in progress to unlock clean muscle up. Shoulder and wrist is always a issue for me to do more advanced calisthenics moves. Hopefully i will achieve it this year.

Why did you start training Calisthenics?
Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick 😂 What’s YOUR reason?

Intro
Yo, I'm Aditya from Kolkata, India. (Lmk for a meetup) My main focus rn is Weighted Calisthenics. I'm at +35kg Dips & +20kg Pullups and I want to get to +45kg Dips & +35kg Pullups by the end of this year. I'm also training for Handstand Pushups and I'm trying to get a 55kg OHP this year for that. Other things abt myself - I'm starting YT soon. It'll be mostly Wt. Calisthenics. + I'm a medical student.

@Cheng Wee Ng I'm doing Wall HeSPUs and Wall HSPU Ecc to learn the technique. But, I believe heavy OHPs will have a carryover to the raw pushing strength part of HSPUs which is why I'm training them.
Squat Strength Standards (Weight to BW)
What are your strength standards for Wt. Squats? What weight to BW ratio makes you a Beginner, an Intermediate or an Advanced athlete? For example, my max squat is 80kg while I weigh 70kg. 1.14x BW (probably noob level) What I saw online was - Beginner - 0.75x BW Novice - 1.25x BW Intermediate- 1.5x BW Advanced - 2.25x BW

@Matthew Kan Thanks Matthew but I will still want to know. I won't put myself down for not squatting 2x my BW. It feels heavy (and DANG GOOD) whenever I push myself to my PR (80kg). I just want to know where I am in terms of strength and where my fellow athletes are.
