Back at it tomorrow
This week has been tough with a charity event, concert and my sisters birthday right after work til late! Can't wait to get back to it and locked in tomorrow! I have kept up with my diet and got some decent walking around Downtown Detroit and LCA!

How Do You Feel After Week 1!?
If you've been consistently ✅✅✅✅✅ for this first week, there is a good chance -You're down in weight or bf% -You have way more energy because you're eating clean and taking cold showers -You feel like the most inspiring and motivated person in your friend circle right now and at work -Instead of losing steam like most challenges in the past, you feel like you can take on more and thats exactly what you intend to do with week 2 -You're quickly realizing this wasn't as "crazy" as you first thought It was and actually plan to keep up these habits long term I would love to hear some feedback guys, how do you feel like you've done with the challenge in week 1 on a scale of 1-10, where do you intend on taking It in week 2, and how do you feel ?!

Waking up
My body keeps waking me up like an hour before my alarm is supposed to go off I need to start listening to it because that's actually a reasonable time and every time I go back to bed for that hour or so I wake up feeling worse lol Why does the bed have to be so comfy

❌❌✅✅✅ I really put in my head that id go 30/30 this month but with everything going on this weekend I couldn't get myself to wake up early or count my macros yesterday. I was feeling down about It all day but honestly one thing I have to be better at is not getting down on myself. specially when the reality is that my performance on this trip has been miles beyond what It was be if I wasn't in this challenge. Another thing I promised myself to start doing is to not let one bad day turn into a string of bad days. to get right back to excellence the next day. This protocol for me is a way of life. life has never been perfect, but we can strive to be so long as we dont beat ourselves up when we fall short so that drive and motivation/excitement is still there to keep going. Being your own coach and lifting yourself up rather then putting yourself down is the internal dialogue of a winner. When this challenge is over my goal is to maintain ✅✅✅✅✅ for life with the occasional ❌ but never two days of ❌ in a row

Monday
Feeling good for Monday - one hour full body workout and one hour Pilates class. Great participation. Two cold showers after drenched with sweat in Pilates class. 🙃 Movements seem simple, great workout for muscles.
